SUMMARY:Assessment CLE
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Bob Peirce\, David Martin\, Mike Suley\, and Megan Turnbull. \nWe will discuss latest developments in the assessment law suit and also on ethical issues\, including the on going assessment law suit. The two main presenters will be Michael Suley\, former head of the Allegheny Office of Property assessment and a consultant to the plaintiffs in the lawsuit challenging the county’s common level ratio\nAnd Attorney Megan Turnbull one of the attorneys for the Pittsburgh School District opposing the lowering of the common level ratio for 2022. Robert Peirce\, a prominent assessment attorney\, will be the moderated assisted by Attorney David Martin who will discuss potential ethical issues facing people who appeal their assessment.
