McCarthy\, Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County \nIn our society today\, practically everyone has a cellphone; and it has even become common for an individual to use it to videotape events\, etc.  Moreover\, it is not uncommon for parents in custody matters to employ the use of cellphone videoing to record exchanges\, etc. when there is protracted litigation.
