Understanding the Family Court system can make a difficult situation a little easier to navigate. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, or simply want to learn more about how these cases work, this session will walk through the main types of Family Court proceedings in Pennsylvania, including dependency, divorce, custody, and child support. You’ll gain a clearer sense of how each process unfolds, what rights and responsibilities are involved, and where to find reliable information and assistance along the way. This class will take place online and in person in the Job & Career Education Center on the second floor of CLP-Main Library.
