Representing yourself in court can feel overwhelming. This session is designed to help you prepare by breaking down the daily logistics of the courthouse and connecting you with the support available at the Allegheny County Law Library. We will walk through standard courtroom expectations, like where to go and what actually happens during a hearing, so you feel more ready for the process. We will also show you how to utilize the library’s essential resources, including where to find court forms, how to use our Pro Se membership card, and how to access on-site legal databases like Lexis.

This class will take place online and in person in the Job & Career Education Center on the second floor of Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-Main library. Registration is encouraged; walk-ins are welcome!

To register for this class, please go to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh’s event page by clicking here.
