Pennsylvania Commission on Judicial Independence Presents: Threats to Judicial Independence

We invite you to join the Pennsylvania Commission on Judicial Independence and the Allegheny County Law Library for a discussion on the role of the judiciary in our constitutional democracy. Judge Nicola Henry-Taylor of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas will share her experiences on the bench, discuss the importance of an independent judiciary in sustaining our democracy, and explore the challenges facing judicial independence today. The program will conclude with a brief Q&A session.
This program will take place in person at the Allegheny County Law Library in the Computer Classroom.
