The Judicial Conduct Board of Pennsylvania is responsible for complaints about Judges & legal officials in the state of Pennsylvania. The Board investigates every allegation made against a Pennsylvania judge. Complaints must be written and mailed. Electronic filing or filing by phone is not permitted.
