ACLL & PMC Present: Protection From Abuse Workshop

This session offers a straightforward look at how to navigate the legal process for obtaining a Protection from Abuse (PFA) order in Pennsylvania. We will discuss what specifically constitutes “abuse” under state law and cover important strategies for maintaining personal safety. You will also learn when it is best to seek an attorney and how to find the legal support you need.
