Navigating housing court can be an overwhelming experience for both landlords and tenants. This session takes a closer look at the duties expected of both parties and how to seek recourse if those obligations fall through. We will discuss how a case gets started, what actually happens inside the courtroom, and the evidence you need to prepare for a successful hearing.

This class will take place both in-person at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-Main (Oakland) and online. To register for the class, please visit the Pennsylvania for Modern Court’s website here.

Please note: By clicking on the registration link for this program, you will be leaving a Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh-managed website. CLP is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external registration platforms.
