At the Library you can access the internet, legal databases only found at Allegheny County Law Library, computers and affordable printing, even if you don’t have a library card.
The Library accepts cash, credit, or debit for payment.
Public Computers & Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi can be used within Allegheny County Law Library from any device.
- PCs are available at all of our libraries for writing resumes, professional and personal documents, budgeting spreadsheets and general internet access. Time limits for public computers may apply if others are waiting to use the computer.
- Guests can use Library printers for a small fee. Print from a Library computer or connect to wireless printing from your laptop.
Self-Serve Document Services
Printing
- $.25 per page in black and white
- $.50 per page in color
Faxing
- $.25 per page
Materials can be scanned and sent to an email address at no cost or saved to a personal USB Flash Drive, Google Drive, or DropBox account.
Photocopying
- $.25 per page for black and white
- $.50 per page for color
Wireless Printing
You can print directly from your laptop, tablet, or phone and pick your documents up at Allegheny County Law Library and all other Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh locations. Materials can be sent through the web, the ePRINTit SaaS mobile app, or by email.
