Members of the general public are free to come to the library to perform their legal research. No library card is required to:

Consult library books on-site
Use legal databases on-site, including Westlaw and Lexis
Get assistance from our friendly and knowledgeable staff
Find definitions of legal terms
Identify resources relating to your legal issue
Get contact information for legal representation agencies including modest means (based on income) and pro bono (free)
Use our free Wi-Fi for legal research-related tasks
Additional services are available to library members, including the ability to check out books and to remotely access library research databases.
